Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CyRaHop website, app, and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Laundry Care Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About CyRaHop

CyRaHop is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent partner laundry shops. The laundry services themselves are provided by these independent shops, not by CyRaHop. We facilitate discovery, ordering, communication, payment, and (where applicable) delivery coordination.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may verify your email or mobile number (e.g., via a one-time code) to secure your account and orders.

4. Orders & pricing

• Prices for items are set by the partner shops and shown before checkout. Your order total may include a platform convenience fee, applicable pickup and/or delivery fees, and any taxes, less any vouchers, promo, or referral credit.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected services; it is confirmed when the shop accepts it. Item availability and turnaround times are determined by the shop.
• You must accurately declare the items you send (the item-count checklist) as described in the Laundry Care Terms.

5. Payments

You may pay via the methods offered at checkout, which may include GCash, Maya, cards, or cash, and may be processed directly to the shop or through a licensed payment provider. You agree to pay all amounts due for your orders. Where payment is made directly to a shop, you are responsible for paying the correct amount and providing accurate proof of payment when requested.

6. Pickup & delivery

Pickup and delivery may be performed by the shop's own riders or by third-party courier services. Estimated times are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, traffic, and other factors beyond our control. You must provide accurate address and contact details and ensure someone is available to hand over and receive the laundry.

7. Cancellations, refunds & claims

• Orders may be cancelled before pickup, subject to the shop's policy. Once washing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
• Claims for loss, damage, or missing items are handled per the Laundry Care Terms and are assessed against your declared item count and the shop's verified count.
• Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as appropriate.

8. Promotions, referrals & credits

Vouchers, referral rewards, and store credit are subject to their specific terms, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse. Store credit is automatically applied to eligible orders and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

9. Your conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by providing false information, attempting to defraud shops or CyRaHop, harassing staff or riders, interfering with the Platform's operation, or violating any law. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience.

10. Role of CyRaHop & disclaimers

Because laundry services are provided by independent shops, CyRaHop does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any service. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and other applicable laws.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyRaHop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from the services of partner shops. Liability for verified loss or damage to garments is addressed in the Laundry Care Terms.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time from your account settings.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Electronic records and signatures are recognized under the E-Commerce Act (RA 8792). Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith discussion and, failing that, by the competent courts of the Philippines.
