Merchant (Partner) Terms

These Merchant Terms govern the relationship between CyRaHop and laundry shops that list and sell their services on the Platform ("Partner", "you"). By applying to or operating a shop on CyRaHop, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Independent partner relationship

You are an independent business, not an employee, agent, or joint venturer of CyRaHop. You are solely responsible for the operation of your shop, the quality of your services, your staff, your equipment, and your compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Onboarding & verification (KYC)

To partner with us, you must apply and pass verification. You agree to provide true and complete business information and documents, which may include a Mayor's/Business Permit, BIR Certificate of Registration (Form 2303)/TIN, DTI or SEC registration, and a valid government-issued ID of the owner. We may decline, suspend, or revoke a partnership where information is false, expired, or incomplete.

3. Fees & commission

• Listing your shop on CyRaHop is free — there are no signup or monthly fees.
• CyRaHop charges a platform commission of 10% on the value of completed online orders processed through the Platform. Commission is disclosed transparently and is separate from any platform convenience fee charged to customers.
• Commission is computed on your service revenue (items and add-ons), not on pass-through third-party delivery fees.

4. Payments & settlement

Depending on the payment method enabled, customer payments may be made directly to your nominated account (e.g., GCash/Maya) or collected through a payment provider and settled to you. You are responsible for issuing official receipts and for the correctness of your payout details. Commission due to CyRaHop is settled according to the billing schedule communicated to you.

5. Your obligations

• Maintain accurate listings, prices, turnaround times, and availability; honor the prices shown to customers.
• Fulfil accepted orders professionally, on time, and with proper care of garments.
• Verify item counts on receipt and handle claims fairly and promptly.
• Comply with all laws, including business registration, taxation, labor, sanitation, and consumer-protection requirements (e.g., RA 7394).
• Keep your business permits and documents valid and up to date.
• Treat customer data confidentially and use it only to fulfil orders, in line with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not: solicit customers off-Platform to avoid commission for orders originated on CyRaHop; misrepresent your services; create fake orders or reviews; discriminate unlawfully; or engage in any fraudulent, unsafe, or illegal activity.

7. Ratings & quality

Customer ratings, turnaround performance, and complaint history may affect your visibility and standing on the Platform. Persistent poor performance, repeated valid complaints, or breaches of these Terms may result in reduced ranking, suspension, or removal.

8. Suspension & termination

Either party may end the partnership with reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for fraud, safety risks, legal violations, expired documents, or material breach. Amounts properly owed (including commission) survive termination.

9. Liability & indemnity

You are responsible for the services you provide and for any loss or damage to customer garments, subject to the Laundry Care Terms. You agree to indemnify CyRaHop against claims arising from your services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law. To the extent permitted by law, CyRaHop's liability to you is limited.

10. Governing law & contact
